Before Quality Roll-off dumpsters frequently dotted driveways and construction sites, Frank Record was hauling trash in the back of his pickup truck. It was the 1970’s, and Record, a hard worker and natural people-person, turned routine pickups into lasting relationships. With a ready smile and his signature phrase - “Record’s the name, trash is my game!” - he laid the foundation for what would eventually become Quality Roll-Off.

In 2004, Record and his son-in-law, Brian Platt, expanded from traditional trash pickup into the dumpster rental business, creating Quality Roll-Off as a sister branch to the original Quality Disposal. The move marked a shift towards meeting broader residential and commercial waste needs.

Quality Roll-Off remained under Record’s direction even after he sold Quality Disposal in 2018. He continued to operate the dumpster service until his passing in 2019 at the age of 88. Today the Company is run by Brian and Susie Platt, alongside their daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Jordan Stewart. Three generations preserving a distinctly local, family oriented business.
