Customer Acknowledgements

• Customer is responsible for obtaining any required placement permits

• A clear, unobstructed path to the placement location must be provided

  • $100 convenience fee applies if driver must clear excessive obstructions or if pickup is blocked by debris/brush

  • Driver has sole discretion to determine if placement is safe and practical

• If placement cannot be made safely, a trip fee may apply

• If placement location is unclear and no representative is on-site, delivery will not occur and a trip fee will be charged

• Company is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or landscaping when following placement instructions

• Company will not access property through neighboring land without written permission from that neighbor

Unauthorized items

• Air Conditioners

• Batteries

• Liquids

• Mattresses

• Electronics or Appliances (has a cord)

• Furnaces

• Tires

• Paint

• Water heaters

• Mixed loads containing soil, brick, concrete, or yard waste are acceptable - but are not permitted in regular dumpsters

  • These materials are acceptable but must be disclosed ahead of time

  • These materials require special handling and pricing

• Unauthorized items will be billed at $50 per item or at landfill rate

• Delivery

  • Charges are based on distance from Farmigton, IL

  • 30 - 39 miles - $75

  • 40 - 60 miles and up* - $150

• Weight

  • All prices shown are for the included tonnage ONLY

  • Additional weight will be billed at the rate of $100 per ton

• Demurrage

  • Demurrage for 7 - 14 days is included in prices shown

  • Additional days are billed at the rate of $20 per day
